Dont you have any aunts or uncles or grandparents around? If she keeps vomiting call a cab and take her to the Emergency room at the hospital

There is a bad flu going around. Just be sure she has lots of liquids so she does not dehydrate. Ask a friend or neighbor to go to the store for you and get her Gatorade or even better than that is Pedialite - not sure of spelling. If she runs a temperature over 102 or keeps throwing up after 2 days, call your family doctor. Don't worry, she probably will be fine in a day or two. Just keep checking on her.

ps Do NOT call 911. That is for emergencies only. This is not an emergency. If you are really worried, call the doctor or an adult neighbor or a family member if any live near you.

Do you have any family nearby? If so, call them and tell them your emergency.

First off, encourage your sister to stay in bed and bring her a bucket to vomit in. Check to see if she has a temperature by putting your lips to her forehead. Is she more than normally warm?

There's an acronym for people vomiting for foods they should try to eat, BRAT. Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast. The last one you shouldn't definatley have around. Keep her away from dairy products and acids.

If she's staying steadly this way, don't feel bad about calling a hospital. I wouldn't say 911 just yet, but see if you can find the family doctor's number or a local hospital you can call for help.

She probably has some kind of food poisoning. It can last up to 24 hours. She will be losing a lot of weight from the vomiting. She should be trying to take in fluids gradually. Have her suck on ice.

If you have access to peppermint oil, rub some on her belly and lower abdomen. It will ease the nausea.

She's a big girl ok. You just need to keep plenty of water in her, make sure shes drinking plenty of water.
Also, ask her constantly what you can do for her and if she needs anything.
The best thing you can do for her, is be caring.

Hope she feels better.

Call a neighbor or another family member immediately and have someone take her to the doctor. Ask her if she wants you to call 911 if its really bad and you can't reach anyone.

Just take care of her. Let her stay in bed and sleep. Make sure she gets lots of liquids and tries to eat something like crackers. Ask her what you can do for her and do your best to make her feel comfortable.
