I need to know from those of you who have had it done what your suggestions are......the best way to do it, good place to do it, what are the pros and cons of it. I have not had kids yet so what will happen when i do have kids? How often do you need to get them done again..how much did they cost?? I want all the details! Thanks!

The ONE think I know from experience. Is GO TO A WELL KNOWN DOCTOR!!! PAY WHAT IT TAKES. Do not try to cut costs by going out of the country. We did, and her boobs are BAD. Scaring, bad shape... And it is going to cost a LOT to fix, and the scaring will always be there.

I think it is just like anything.. You get what you pay for. AND you have recourse in America, you go to a foreign country and get screwed up, or heaven forbid DIE, you and your family have some recourse.

She had hematomas, lots of bleeding, dead tissue that had to be cut away from the scar several times. The whole thing just was awful. Please, find an American surgean, pay the money, and I think you will be okay.

There are a number of support groups on yahoo groups. Check them out. Just do a search for plastic surgery support.

What they wll cost will depend on where you live. Costa Rica has some wonderful skilled surgeons. At least half the price.

The new Cohesive Gel Silicone implants do not move around in the body as the old silicone did. The CGS implants rarely break. Many are still doing the saline implants... however saline implants slosh and you can hear it.

I've never had it done, and I don't know where you could get it done, or how much it costs. But i have some advice: How old are you? If you're under 30, then you should consider this: you're breasts grow until you're 30! So, i wouldn't jump to conclusions. What would be a lot better, though, would be to find an ad for one of those jelly things that aren't permanent:you can take them in and out (ew).

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

Find a Doctor with credentials, one that has been in business more than 10 years. He or she will answer all of your questions. Good for you, if it makes you feel better about yourself then go for it! We are living in 2007. The medical technology is superb. It will be uncomfortable a few weeks, but well worth it! Money well spent.

well you get a sexy little scar on the bottom of your boobs but you do get a lot of attention and serial rapists on you. Who doesnt love a serial rapists anyone. I know i do ;P . Also you gotta go back so that they can replace the silocon breast implants with new ones and also if it leaks you get poising into you body and im not sure but i think doctors wouldnt recommend you having breast implants while your pregnant.
But hey if you really wanna have big boobs so men can look at them or if your lesbian by any chance women then its your decision. Dont feel violated when you have tons of men staring at your rack because you basically asked for it with breast implants. I just wish there was a natural alternative for women to get bigger boobs and still look nice without getting too much overweight. because then all the ladies could have bigger racks with no nasty scars and stuff. plus it would most likely wouldnt cost as much so more would be able to get there breasts done
