if you leave a Christian ministry, do you feel that it is wrong to tell them why?

No. Why would that be wrong? If it's because of something in the ministry itself, it may encourage them to correct a problem. As long as it is done respectfully.

No. You just need to give them proper notice. If you need help, and they can help, it would be good for them to know the need is there.
