The more I hear from them the more I realize they despise our country.

You guys are confused if you think I feel this way because they 'hate Bush'. It's more than just that, give me some credit.

It's so nice to be outright insulted by people for stating my position on a topic. Very democratic of the people to call me names and accuse me of being misinformed or moronic. Classy too btw.

People like me? What kind of insult is that supposed to be? I don't even get it to tell you the truth, you don't even know me anything at all whatsoever about me and yet you state that 'people like you' are doing what? Would you have said the same thing to me if I was a minority? Come on, it's not nice to say things like that even if I'm not a minority. Judge me as an individual as you would like to be judged I assume.

Democrats are more concerned with being popular than being right.

I believe that the Democrats really do not like George Bush. They love the USA. What other country woulld allow them to openly undermine the president and get away with it? Many of them hold grudges going back to the 2000 election saying that Bush stole the election. None of them questions the fact that Al Gore somehow managed to lose both his home state of Tennessee and Bubba's home state of Arkansas. A win in either state would have made the electoral vote in Florida unimportant.
John Kerry's loss to Bush was the final straw. So now, anything that Bush does is held up for scutiny. If telling the troops that they are losing the war demoralizes the troops, then so be it. Anything is fair game if it hurts Bush as far as the Dem's are concerned..

You are talking to the wrong people. We don't like what Bush and the GOP has been doing to our great nation for the past 6+ years. Do you realize that the war in Iraq has been going on for 5 freaking years? And the progress? Bush proclaims "Sectarian violence is down." in the same week 100 are killed in the streets.

Bush has systematically destroyed our military. He's an amateur who is playing president by ear, with no plan and no idea what he's doing.

Get with it pal, Democrats are our to save this country from the mortal errors of the Bush regime.

I'm in the Army active, Airborne Infantry and have been for 3 years and on my second deployment. Most of all I am a Democrat so the answer is: No. The new question is do you now hate the troops for questioning wether or not I like the US.

Damn democrats just want to pull all the same crap Bill Clinton did... we mustn't risk going back in time to when we had a BUDGET SURPLUS and good realtions with foreign countries! Hell, no! What would that do to the price of Halliburton stock!

Back to the bad old days when our soldiers were helping rebuild ex-Soviet countries instead of being blown to bits by fundies!

Do a little research. Find out what STARTED Islamic fundamentalism, why don't you?

Democrats don't like the Bush Administration. The Bush Administration is not "the USA" anymore than the Clinton Adminstration was "the USA".

You are hearing the wrong things. We'll see when election day rolls around what the mood of the whole country is. If people are dissatisfied with the Democrats in Congress they'll throw the bums out just like they threw out the neocon bums before them.

Yes I remember how Republican operatives from DC intimidated election officials in the 2000 Florida election to insure a Bush win.

Republicans love the US when it benefits the wealthy.

The question you need to ask is this: If there were a Democratic President who was doing what President Bush is doing, would you support that president as much as you do President Bush?

Of course we don't hate America. We don't even hate you. We hate what people like you are doing to our country and our people. This is our country too, and don't you forget it; I certainly won't.
