Eat 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Don't forget about the fruits and veggies! Cut out all fast foods, junk foods, candies, sodas and other sweets. Never skip meals and don't starve yourself--it doesn't work!
Drink up on your water! It really does help with weight loss.
And, of course, get active! Do what you like to do--play sports, walk, run, ride a bike, dance..anything! Just get moving!

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

Ive been in your shoes. I was a model at a very young age and always forced to diet. If you want to lose weight dont eat..but it will come back as soon as you eat again so dont ever do that. But if you want to lose weight and keep it off then you need to start eating healthier meals. Veggies instead of fries, grilled meats instead of hamburgers or fried chicken and eat more often but make sure they are smaller meals throughtout the day. Cut back on sodas (that makes a huge differnce) drink lots of water, tea or crystal lite.

I eat 6 small meals a day - which include fruit snacks

calculate what you 'need' to maintain your current weight
then cut those calories by 15%

when you achieve your desired weight - refigure - and hold on!

this is NOT a diet - but a lifestyle - look to lose 2 lbs a week
S A F E L Y - and keep it off.
