The Bible vary rarely describes angels as having wings. However, there are definitely two types of angels mentioned in the Bible that have wings: (1) Cherubim (Exodus 25:20; Ezekiel 10), (2) Seraphim (Isaiah 6). Cherubim and Seraphim are two types of angels, possibly the two highest orders of angels.

Exodus 25:20
The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover.

Isaiah 6:2
Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.

There are over 300 references to angels in the bible, slightly more in the New Testament than the Old, in 34 books.

Isaiah 6:6-7 A seraph, a type of angel flies.
Don't know of other biblical refs to wings.

I've been reading a book by Gary Oates, who had his eyes opened to see into the supernatural on a Randy Clark healing and evangelism mission to Brazil. In particular he sees at times the various ministries of angels. Many seem to be winged. Some have dazzling colours and bright light.

I believe that according to the Bible there are different kinds of Angels. Some are stated to have wings and in other cases it is not stated. Any way what difference does it make. When we get to heaven we can look for ourselves and decide exactly what they look like. In the mean time we are welcome to use our immaginations. Some times we put to much importance on things that are minor. If they have wings or they do not will not make a difference one way or the other in regards to our salvation which the most important issue anyway.

No where in the Bible does it say that angels have wings.

But throughout the Bible, the Cherubims and the Seraphims are described as having wings.

It doesn't say so, because they didn't have them.

The idea of angels with wings was adopted by the primitive Roman Catholic Church about 90 years after it became the official religion of the Roman Empire, from ancient Pagan beliefs. That was one of the tactics used by the Church (among many others) to try to make people turn to Catholicism, and to abandon paganism.
