You need to have your old ID if it's expiring to take to get a new one or an ID Card Application from your husband signed by his personnel department to get a new ID if you have never had one. After that you can go to any military base in Northern VA to get an ID just ask at the gate where the ID Card office is Quanitco, Navy Yard........

sounds like you just got married. You need to take your marriage license and social security card with you. There is a place on every base. if he is deployed you need a special power of attorney and you have to be enrolled in DEERS. if he is deployed he can still do this online.

On any base, go to the base personnel office, to the ID section. Hopefully you are already enrolled in DEERS.
