i find it really hard to approach girls?! i need some advice!?

Whether you approach a girl or not is entirely up to you.

Bear in mind, though, that if you are intending to spend time with a girl you have a chance to do so if you approach her. You have NO chance to do so if you do not.

A bad approach, therefore, is better than no approach at all if you have some goal in mind.

If your goal is to avoid rejection (cos it IS painful) then you are going to spend your life being lonely.
