I work on every muscle area twice a week and a have a good break between, I spend about 2 hours everyday. I do Abs everyday between sets, and my goal to be lean and cut, not big! Am I overdoing it? Also I stopped drinking protein, since I got the weight that I wanted.

One more detail: I gained 50 pounds in 6 month with whey powder protein, so I got more fat then muscle and Im trying to convert all that into muscle...

I agree with Wonder... you're doing fine with your weights, but you need to add one more cardio workout to get your requirements..

I think you're routine looks good. If you end up being too sore, be sure to take a day off.

You should add at least one more cardio session per week.
