I love you is "Je t'aime." If you love something, it's "J'aime."
aimer:
j'aime
tu aime
il/elle/on aime
nous aimons
vous aimez
ils/elles aiment
amour just means love. use aimer to say what you like.

Well you can't conjugate amour because it's a noun "love". You have to conjugate the verb aimer "to love"
J'aime
Tu aimes
Il aime
Nous aimons
Vous Aimez
Ils aiment

RE:
I need help with "amour"!?
How do you conjugate? Can you even conjugate amour (to say I love, is it J'amour, or something else?), or is it one of those weird irregular things?

amour is a noun, not a verb. Aimer is the verb to conjugate to tell someone you love them. Or adorer if it's really intense.

It's not "J'armour", it's "J'aime"
I think this is how they conjugate "aimer"
JE: aime
TU: aimes
IL/ELLE: aime
NOUS: aimons
VOUS: aimez
ILS/ELLES: aiment
