The CT scan also showed a 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch tumor in his top left lung. Still waiting for an Oncologist appt. Anyone have any hope for this? Is it cancer or could it be something else, we live in the desert. Thank you for any reply. Also we don't have life or mortgage protection, as it's not yet confirmed is it too late to try to get some?

It could well be a tumor. Youur doctor will let you know. Hopefully, you have good health insurance. If it is cancer, there are good treatments out there, try not to worry. If you suspect Lymphoma, here is a great site for info:

Get the insurance NOW before the diagnosis comes in, just in case. So, if it turns out for the worst, at least you'll be protected. Most insurance companies will not insure someone who is already diagnosed with cancer.

Also, lung cancer is usually considered stage 3 or 4, meaning it traveled there from other places within the body. Have a complete full MRI or CT done.

I'm not saying for sure that's what it is, but it could be quite possible.

Best of luck.

I am sorry to hear about your husband's condition. It is too late to get insurance. No insurance company will sell you insurance for a condition that is now present. Sadly, it does sound like cancer.

Best wishes and good luck.
