There are times that the presence of God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the anointing are so overwhelming. That you bow to the very presence. There are other times that you are just so thankful that you fall to knees to worship. For example: The day my son was saved and, he confessed that Jesus was his savior. I was overwhelmed with joy. I did not realize that I had fell to my knees until it was over. Basically, if you yield to the Holy Spirit you will experience things that you would not think was possible. You may sing, praise God, jump, run around the church, talk in tongues, cast out demons, heal the sick, prophecy, have vision, and the list goes on! It is all an act of worship!

If you were in the presence of a King, wouldn't you bow to show your respect? If that King had the power to pardon all your sins and give you the gift of eternal life, wouldn't you kneel to show your gratitude and honor Him? I would, I do, and always will. God bless ya!

It's called genuflecting.
To bend the knee or touch one knee to the floor or ground, as in worship.
To be servilely respectful or deferential; grovel.

I don't have to get on my knees to worship my God. I do kneel in church. But I can pray anywhere.
