Sometimes useful while running up the stairs like a retard.
I'm so glad God gave me the ability to get on my knees that I find I do it often ... I'm scared that one day this privilage will be taken away from me ... like I'll become geriatric or something. Use it or loose it!!!

When I get on my knees to pray to G-d it is, in part, to show submission and adoration to Him, however G-d does not require it. It is a small sacrifice I choose to give.
