The name for the bone is the femur, and the name of the muscle is the Biceps femoris. This muscles bends or flexes the leg. Attached from the thigh to the lower leg is the Gastrocnemius muscle which extends the lower leg

If you mean the actual name, it's the femur, same as any mammal's thigh.
