1) Don't overfish/over harvest during the spawn.

2) Don't release a deeply hooked Salmon.

3) Don't pollute the water they live in.

3) Get the gov't to stop the netting of spawning salmon

u can fish..but just dont go over your limit..**** off *****...people will fish as much as they want..dont try to protect salmon..

I wrap them carefully in freezer-wrap. That protects them against freezer burn if I don't eat them very soon.
