To me, a born again Christian, the Holy Spirit is a 400 mile wide, 400 mile deep rock. And on top of this enormous rock sits a comfortable, cushiony chair with my name on it. And there I sit..... soaking in the sunshine and basking in the blessings of God knowing that even the gates of Hell itself will never unsettle that big ole rock. It's a nice feeling !!! What about you?

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the one true God. The Holy Spirit lives in christian believers. The Holy Spirit guides us and helps us understand what Jesus has done to save us from our sins. Read The Bible John 14:16,17

He is God-with-us. The Spirit of God sent to the Church when Christ ascended, so was no longer physically present.

It was through His healing power that I was healed of some serious problems. I actually felt the anointing lovingly heal me as I was healed - that is so good.

He makes our relationship with God the Father and Jesus real by representing them to us, since God is one.

I have had a couple of weeks of experiencing joy, love and peace through the Holy Spirit since Easter. It sure lifts one's life onto a different plane.

I know there are powerful anointings the Holy Spirit can give us. He wants *all* believers to move in them to minister to other believers and heal and evangelise the unsaved (according to His plans for each christian's life).

The Holy Spirit is the "Spirit of God" that dwells inside of me.

The "Holy Spirit" is not a thing or something that I imagine him to be. He convicts me of my wrongs and also influences me to do what is right.

The "Holy Spirit" Sanctifies, Speaks to me and through me when ever necessary.

The "Holy Spirit" is the one who gives me the understanding of the bible and teaches me the correct usage (interruption) of the word.

The "Holy Spirit" is the comforter and also bears witness.

The "Holy Spirit" is also sensitive and guides me as I pray or what I should do.

The "Holy Spirit" only comes from God and God alone. No other outside source.

The bible also teaches us to test the spirits to see if they are of God mainly because there are also false spirits out there that try to counterfeit the working of the "Holy Spirit".

2 Corinthians 11:4
For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or [if] ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with [him].

False spirits can come from false religions that are not of God nor do they teach the truth of his word.

"Born of the Spirit" I fully believe Christians are new creatures, the old has passed away. Grace and truth come by Jesus Christ. The new creature gift is not just empty words, we truly are new creatures, but it is by faith. As long as we think of ourselves as no different than before, except a little bible knowledge, we are missing the best part of the gospel benefit.

I am born again,

To me the Holy Spirit is with people on Earth, who make mistakes and he teaches them, and guides them to God.
When I make mistakes, and make people upset with me, I can run to the mountain, and sit on the floor, with the Glory of God all around me, and hold onto Jesus, and God's hand, looking at the person, or things bringing me trouble, and the Holy Spirit here, dealing with it, and talking me through it, and teaching me, how to stay where I am, in the Glory of God, holding hands with the God head.
I find help in my time of need.
