I have a cleft lip, palate and testicle!!!! wanna see it?

Usually someone with a cleft lip has a cleft palette. Basically a cleft means divided. So someone could have anything divided in theory. There is some more information here

My husband was born with a double clfet lip and a cleft palate. They took part of his hip bones to make a him a hard palate. He had 16 surgeries as a kid to fix it all.

they could just have the cleft lip. they don't have to have any other malformations.

often genetalia can be affected as well, but not necessarily and are affected in different ways.
