Why are you changing it? Although many people have said where and how... I ask why!
We serviced over 15,000 Toyota's last year... Lucky if we changed 2 or 3 filters... and that because of rust contamination...
Chances are - You can save your money! Tell me what's wrong... and I can suggest a course of action... Don't waste your money!

Go to the AutoZone website they will not only tell you how much the part is but where it's located. . It looks like the filter is located on top of the engine underneath your air filter assembly . In the interest of you not becoming a crispy critter make sure that the car is COLD!!!!!!! before attempting this ,that you are using proper eye protection before releasing pressure on the nut, and that there are no sources of ignition in the area. Having a working fire extiguisher nearby is a good idea also.
You know of course that fuel filters can only be installed one way, which end is which does make a difference.
Talk to the guys at AutoZone although more professional mechanic hang out at NAPA

The fuel filter for the Toyota Camry's are not in the gas tank.
They are typically located in the engine compartment for your model. They are typically black and are easy to spot. Check out the images from the instructions below. They are connected with a banjo fitting on one side.
Make sure you use 2 wrenches when removing the connector, so you don't bend the fuel line by mistake.
The information for it's replacement can be found here:

Head down to your local auto part store, give them the info for your car and tell them you need a fuel filter. Once you have one, find your local do-it-yourself hydraulic lift shop. There may be some hobby shops around that offer that. You may need to look into it. When your car is lifted up, look underneath it near the gas tank, you will find a part that looks very similar to the part you bought.
Fuel Filters just screw off, and screw in. They are fairly simple to change. Make sure you hav something to catch the excess fuel though.
Don't be worried, the fuel that is coming out is only relieving the pressure on the lines, it will stop. Then screw in your new filter, and you're done!
Hope this helps!
