Your doctor (or a urologist he/she refers you too.)
But if you want instant peace of mind, or at least to know whether there is any cause for concern, take a strong flashlight and "shine it through" your scrotum wherever you think there's anything "extra". If you have a lump, and light shines right through it, it's just a hydrocele or spermatocele (I'll let you look them up). You don't have to rush off to the doctor until you are comfortable doing so. If no light shines through it (and you are sure it's not just one of your testes, LOL!), then go to the doctor quick! If it is a tumor, that sucks, but it's not THAT big a deal, they can fix you right up...
(That doesn't mean you'll be able to win the Tour De France, though!)
Best wishes, and don't worry!

Go to your regular doctor and ask for a check up. Then he will look at you and see if you actually have testicular cancer.

Yeah, that's rapid, uncomplicated and relaxing! What to be on the seem out for are any tricky and/or painful lumps. I actually have a lump in mine it is extra "squishy" grew to become out to be a varicocele. in straight forward terms a vein that gets slightly pinched, even even though it freaked me the hell out. that's between the main treatable cancers so early detection and rapid action is appropriate. Or get somebody else to income for you :)

You go to your family doctor. You can't just go to the hospital and check in.

Just call a good hospital near you and tell the receptionist you want to see an endocrinologist.

You can go to your primary care doctor or you can go straight to a urologist. If you know you have a problem for sure, you could go to the ER but they would just refer you back to the primary care or urologist.
