I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You can't lose 10 pounds in a week. Even with unhealthy diets, you are losing water, not fat. Begin your journey by eating six small meals a day, choosing only healthy foods: no sugar, fast food, white flour, or salt. When you are hungry, eat veggies. Also eat protein with every meal. Drink lots of water and unsweet tea. You will probably see a big weight drop the first week, then maybe one to two pounds per week thereafter, depending on exercies.

Next, move your body often. Find activities you enjoy and do them every day.

Finally, get a good fitness magazine, a video from the library, or go on-line and find exercises you can do to tone your upper body, lower body, and abs/back. Take 15 minutes a day to do upper/abs/back and lower/abs/back on alternating days.

You will really appreciate the slow and steady path. You will feel healthy and proud of yourself and your energy will soar. You will also feel happier because you are fueling your body with good food, enjoying movement, getting outside, and getting in touch with your strength.

Unhealthy diets that claim to lose weight fast only lose water and actually cause your body to go into starvation mode and burn fewer calories. When you do begin to eat, you will pack on the weight. You sound like a smart girl. Don't be tricked by these diets. They have never worked for anyone over time and I've never heard of anyone really feeling happy when they starve themselves.

OMG if only i knew that answer.. Atkins diet is pretty effective, my mom got on that and lost 23 pounds! But all you eat is protein, which would be wayy hard.. but then again if you are motivated enough you could try? Right now im not eating more than 1600 calories a day and working out constantly not to mention karate class which is more workout. But hey im trying! :]

There's no way possible to lose ten pounds in one week without doing it in an unhealthy way. However, you can eat healthier, reduce your calorie intake, and exercise and lose about two to three pounds per week.

If you want more information, please feel free to email me. ;) Good luck!

Bake a healthy breakfast ahead of time to ensure you don't grab a sugary scone out and about.
