I've asked the same question too, but to a real spiritualist this doesn't matter that there are holes in the story. When someone wants to believe something they can invent and justify "truths" to fit their ideology and I'm no exception to this, and it's easy for me to point it out with others. Since I don't fear any god I can look at it and say that this was all a fabrication and cannot stand up today under modern scrutiny. When science requires empirical evidence while theology doesn't have to be proven and is considered as real as science. People need to believe it and the consequences are just as real if there is no god or that there is one.

Cain's wife just magically appeared by Ronald McDonald magic. That clown crossed the hill and waved his hands and she appeared for Cain. Why not?

The Bible didn't want to mention Cain's wife because they wanted to keep it a secret so no one would know about it. God created humans including Cain's wife.

This beginning, present, yesterday doesn't exist, tomorrow is yet to be. There is only one time and that time is present, regardless if it is present past, present future, present present. It still comes up present. The common denominator of all three times of past, present, and future. In reference to Cain's wife or even Cain you must understand this day as being the time Cain, his wife live, as well as Adam, Eve, and Abel. And anyone and everybody else to include yourself. In fact the whole human race!

If this is your biggest theological debate with Christianity then you are in serious trouble. I dare you to read the first 4 pages of your Bible.
But well we're on the subject of creation I got a question. How does natural selection explain the obvious logical and intelligent design of every animal? How could they survive long enough to reproduce and improve if they randomly got their foot growing out of their mouth as you do?

Your right because God only created clones who all make the same choices. Where do people like you come up with such inane questions. People have a choice and do what they want, and it may not be what God wants. Is that too difficult for you to comprehend?

Rephrase your question, it's incoherent and it doesn't make sense. Are you making your point by sounding stupid yourself? If so your point is mute... being created in Gods image is different from the freewill which follows where by your own choices you BECOME and idiot.
