You need to make sure that your shoes fit properly, and that there is no chance that your skin will be irritated by the movement. A corn silk powder will help to keep your skin dry and smooth, so there is little friction, and reduced chance of blisters. Good luck.

The best way to avoid blisters when you run is to have a shoe that fits properly. Blisters can be caused by rubbing or pressure from the shoe on certain area of the foot. Also making sure that you have proper arch support is important when running to prevent any problems with plantar fascitits down the road. I would try wear sox that have coolmax in the fibers as well, which helps keep your feet dry. The main thing is to make sure your shoes fit appropriately. Try z-coil shoes for running there awesome!

Footwear is the most appropriate thing. Make sure they fit right, likely if they are too tight it's causing the friction and thus the blister. In addition a thicker sock may help protect your feet from the friction as well. Buy new shows, or wear a different pair as it's likely there are a couple "pressure points" where the same pair of shoes gets you every time.

Blisters wear?
If your talking about on the back of you heals I just put band-aids on the spot wear I usually get them ahead of time, preventing the blisters!
But then again I only get blisters with new shoes that need to be broken in. Just make sure your shoes fit properly!~!~!
Good Luck!

Sounds like you need better fitting shoes. You shouldn't get blisters. Alternatively you can get moleskin patches to put over the part of your foot that is prone to blisters. And make sure that you wear cotton socks, or other breathable socks.

Wear thick socks. Put powder on your feet before hand so they dont get sweaty and chafe with your shoes and socks. Another helpful hint is to wrap your feet with a type of bandage (it just isnt so comfortable). Do you have running shoes or just regular sneakers? because sometimes that can be the problem (shoes are important for everything, back, knees, and feet)

a easy reason of blisters is the greater effective stream and friction brought about by potential of an improperly geared up sneaker. i might advise which you the two placed on a thicker sock to counteract the greater effective stream, or get a sparkling pair of working shoes. In my experience Reebok shoes have been the main mushy to run in. desire this helps!

put bandages in the places u get the blisters, but make sure they r slippery, the point is to avoid friction between ur skin and ur socks/shoes...
if u dont have anything slippery, add a patch of scottish tape over it...

Try getting fit at a real live shoe store for a good pair of shoes. Make sure you wear cotton socks when you run.

always wear fresh socks that fit, and shoes that are tight enough not to slip. It is the slippage and rubbing that causes blisters.
A trick that works well is to put just a dab of petroleum jelly (like vaseline or some other brand) on your feet where they get sore. This will help prevent the rubbing.
