It seems that have no problem razzing Christians but get a little testy when the shoe is on the other foot.

no it's quite the opposite.
I've gotten into quite a few razzing moments with atheists, but nither of us take it seriousely.
The christians like to razz them, so when they joke BACk, the christian gets offensive and starts saying that atheists are pulling double standards, whne they are just responding to being kidded around with.

Oh I have enough facts to slam anyone. People don't like to argue it with me in person. The last Baptist that knocked on my door I made cry and wasn't even mean, just right.
I only get mad when Christians lie, which is pretty often.

When done in jest, I surely have no issues. However, when a Chrustian attempts to mock by passing on lies regarding science (such as the monkeys crack), yeah, it bugs me...how many times must it be explained?

Nope I'm just honest when people question my lack of beliefs. I do get annoyed when they try to convert me thinking that I know nothing of the bible- a lot of us are former christians

What can you say to an atheist to bother them about their lack of belief? "Ha Ha, look at the rainbow, I bet you believe it's caused by light refracting through raindrops as opposed to a message from god that he won't flood the planet again."
