Hi,

I have a cassette player in my car & now I am planning to buy an Mp3 CD player. I want to keep both in my car. Could you please explain how to connect their audio out to the respective speakers ?
Is one player's audio causes back effect on another one? if yes, what to use to isolate the effect.

Thanks,
Bob

doing that will require some switches, to separate the circuits of the head units since you can't connect both at the same time. the truth is that's complicated to do and not a very good idea.

If you want to have an MP-3/CD player in the vehicle, and continue to be able to play cassettes, one way would be to pick an CD player that has a front auxiliary input jack. This is a very common feature on current models. With this and a $5 cable you can use a portable player for your cassettes and listen to them through the CD player.

Trying to wire two head units to the same speakers is much, MUCH more trouble than it's worth.

from my experience you can but both cant be on at the same time all you need to do is splice the wires and connect it in the same order as you would when you installing a player.

but my advice is if you wanted a tape and cd player you should get a double din the cost on it is not to high runs anywhere from 150-400 same as putting a new deck.

if you know wheres a fry's electronics they got some good prices.

in case you have 2 gadgets of pre-amp out places particular, you will the two choose a 4-channel amplifier with equipped in go-over( which for the front would desire to be set to mid-selection) or seperate amplifier for the front audio gadget, in the journey that your 2d amp doesnt have a crossover use bass blockers and save the income became down.
