why would god need to believe in a higher power?

Yes, there really is. Everyone's big question is "where did god come from?" Well it's obvious he came from somewhere, and that somewhere is a higher power than god.

It is a void, it is a great ultimate truth, it is the point of singularity which holds all potential.
By having no beginning or end, it is everywhere.
It is rounder than round and sharper than sharp.
It is movement and stillness at the same time.
It does nothing yet nothing remains left undone.

Looking at it, it cannot be seen. Trying to hear it, it cannot be heard.
Wishing to feel it, it cannot be touched.
It's characteristics cannot be defined, it cannot be perceived,
It has the consistency of the void.
It is the shape without shape, It cannot be known by senses.
The Infinity the Eternal cannot be explained.

Meeting it, it doesn't have a beginning.
Following it, it doesn't have an end.

By knowing how it worked in the past the present can be known.
Living the present as an effect of the past is to follow it's way.

It contains the whole Universe.
All things come out of it.
It doesn't reject anybody or anything.

He who is of it is a creator,
But doesn't take possession of the creation.
He is generous, but doesn't look for gratitude of people.
Without own desires, he isn't easily noticed.
He does good things without taking merits.

By not displaying his greatness, he is great indeed.

No, I don't think He does believe in a higher power, except maybe Mother God. We, ladies, are well aware of our power over men.
