when will new flat screen laser technology be available in stores?

Mitsubishi has come up with tech that will replace LCD and Plasma as both cheaper and high quality res (their claim not mine)

When will this be available in the stores? Anyone know? Should I wait till christmas to buy a new TV?

Don't hold your breath. Any new technology takes years to compete with established technology.

you sound like my mother back in the 60's who wanted to wait till tv was perfected to get us one much less a color one. lcd is the way to go and will be for a while unless you want larger then go plasma.
