find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Well the best way is to rid yourself of toxins! A Nuritional Cleanse and after a nutritional plan that satisfies your cravings. This is not a diet! Your body needs nutrition and it's lacking it right now. You need to nurish your body and have an enzyme delivery system in place so you have better obsorbtion of proper nutrition. Cleansing the Toxins just helps take the fat as a side effect! body protects it's major organs from toxins by surrounding the toxin with fat. As you release the toxins it takes the fat with it naturally, leaving the lean mass alone, then your body does not crave for foods to replenish the muscle you lost, then you get the big rebound effect

The best way to lose wheight is to change your lifestyle. Pay attention to everything you put in your mouth and do enough physical activity to ensure you are burning as much or more calories than you are consuming. It doesn't hurt to pay a quick visit to your doctor or health care professional to make sure you don't have a metabolism or hormone problem. Avoid anything that contains the letters "DIE" and enjoy your new vitality.

Eat healthy (no processed foods)
Watch your portions (don't overeat, only eat until you are satisfied)
Eat 5-6 small meals per day (keeps you from getting hungry and keeps metabolism high)
Cut out all sugary drinks (drink as much water and only water as you can)
Exercise (aim for about an hour a day 5-6 times per week)
When exercising do cardio and weight training.
Stick with it

Try meth or crack. You won't have an appetite and if you do get hungry you won't be able to afford to eat...works great!!
