I've had severe diarhhea for almost 3 months. My doctors can't seem to figure out what's wrong with me. Even after numersous tests, bloodwork, CT scans and a colonoscopy, they don't have a clue Is there any home remedy I could try??

Also monitor what you are eating. You could be having this problem due to something you are eating. But really you should see a specialist. I hope you get better. I'll pray for you. Good luck.

IBS is a syndrome, not a "disease" per se. It's just the way that doctors describe a syndrome of irritated intestines without any other clear cure. But there are courses of treatment to try, as well as dietary things etc.
First off, ask them about these two things if they haven't already been ruled out. Next ask about some form of food allergy that you may have developed. Or some other medication you're taking that might interact? A supplement that seems innocuous can interact with other medications to make you sick, etc.
And if they don't have answers -- start surfing doctors. There is a REASON why your body is doing this, and you need to find out why, and what you can do about it.

Go to a specialist. Could be Chrons ( sp?) disease?
definitely seek a specialist's help.
