You know I really am picky about fitness dvds. I am a member of netflix and through that I can try out a dvd and make sure i really like it before i buy it.

you can keep it for as long as you like with no late fee.

And you can buy dvds through netflix too though, though I dont know for how much.

i'm a wellbeing freak and overall performance offered each and each fact television stars dvds and honestly the only ones that are perfect properly well worth the money and are a great artwork out and project are the tae-bo ones. attempt and get one with a user-friendly and stepped forward artwork out on the dvd. I promise u u gets extensive effects in case you do the user-friendly three times a week for 6 weeks and eat a low calorie eating recurring. then you definately would choose to objective the stepped forward - i swear by making use of making use of Billy Blanks.

Amazon is always good. I highly recommend dvds by Denise Austin- shes the BEST!! Blast 10 lbs is a good one by her. Also try Billy Blanks- Tae BO. Those are super good and energetic if you're looking for good cardio and great results :) I have a lot of work out dvds all by Denise Austin & Billy Blanks. They are my favorites. Im sure Biggest Loser dvds are good too. GOOD LUCK!

what about good old fashioned www.hmv.co.uk. They're doing free home delivery & are slightly cheaper. You're talking about the Ministry of sound collection, they're three of them. The Pump it up collection. They sell quite well & also if you like that, there's the Pineapple studios one which is also similar to it.
