Pope revises 'limbo' for babies

<
"We can say we have many reasons to hope that there is salvation for these babies," the Rev. Luis Ladaria, a Jesuit who is the commission's secretary-general, told The Associated Press.>>

It's a good thing they had their top scientists working on it.

Why don't they just admit they make this stuff up?

Ooh ooh, this is my favourite bit:

"...no one could know for certain what becomes of unbaptized babies since Scripture is largely silent on the matter."

That's hilarious, thanks for pointing it out!

Greetings,
OBVIOUSLY you don't study your bible should you by some chance even happen to have one. As it states in the bible that those that are not of age to understand right from wrong are guiltless and shall be received by the Father in heaven.

I am not surprised that you would believe the garbage that comes from the church of Satan (I.E. the Roman Catholic Church). They have a former NAZI S.S. member as their leader. Give me a break. They worship IDOLS,they worship Mary as she were a god and she is not,They make their own Saints when the scriptures tell us that all true followers of Jesus are saints and He tells us that.

How presumptious of the pope to think that he as a man would presume to know and understand what God thinks and wants, talk about EGOOOO.
The scripture says that the ways of God are unknowable to man as His ways are so much more different than man's.

I could go on but I am sure that there is enough here to upset anyone that is not a true believer but one that is a follower of worldly desires instead of the desires of God.

What I believe is that all babies are innocent. The Devil will beguine to work as soon as they can walk. That is when humans are most vuranable to his work. I also believe that we can restrain him on our own but we need help most of the time. As for "Limbo" I do not think all babies go to limbo. I believe that their soul is recycled to another living being to bring joy to other people somewhere else on Earth.

To think God would sent babies to hell for any reason is total opposite of God's nature, "Let the children come unto me"
It just the RCC doctrine of man again.

To admit they make it up is to deny their faith. While I believe in a lot of stuff, I have to say ,I believe Jesus was a good man that died a horrible death, and I am sure he wasn't the first person to die a horrible death.

So if souls can enter heaven, even if they are tainted with original sin, why was the sacrifice of Jesus necessary?
