Well i was 9 stone 4 pounds...i went veggetarian, and in a month i am now 8 stone 7.5 pounds....i didn't really do much exercise, and i still ate plenty of fish..but i just cut out snacks, and red meat ect and stayed away from bad things like alcohol and ciggerettes. If you have the determination, then you can do anything
