okay i hiiked my ex up with my friend cuz i thought i was over him but i guess im not we were in love and he still loves me but i hooked him up with my friend and they have known each other for ten years but she didnt know that until they started talking she says she likes him a lot i want to get back together with him

I think you should've really thought about things before you hooked him up with your friend. Maybe you just think you want to get back with him since he's happy with your friend and you aren't seeing anyone.

Sounds to me like you have a case of as long as someone else is interested in him I want him back. Girl, look you already hooked him up with YOUR FRIEND, and all of a sudden you thought you were over him and your not. I think you might need to move on and find someone else and save face. If you come out clean you stand to lose your friend. Please, please consider someone Else's feelings when hooking them up with your ex.

I think it's very unfair for you to give your friend the go ahead to date your ex, just to suddenly change your mind about wanting to be with him. Fine, you love him.....that's not something you can change, but if he loves you and wants to start try again with you then let him make that decision. Let him discontinue whatever it is that he has with your friend and come to you......don't be the one to cause a problem.

first you should have never hooked them up .. but now that you did.. and now if you get back with him it will look like betrayal to your friend because she likes him.. so you have to choose which you value more. . the guy or friendship.. .
