me and my boyfriend have been going out for 3months and we r in love but he talks to my worst night mare he says he love me but im not for sure if its true or a lie tell me please?

i can't tell, it depends how does he treat you, stuff like that, it reflects what he really feels about you, actually I'm not kind of person who says "i love you" unless I'm asked to, and come on, why do you think he's ling to you when he says that? if he doesn't love you, i don't think he's going to say it, right?
trust can push a relation foreword, suspicion doesn't.

Well, maybe you should tell him that you've been thinkin he might be sneakin around. Then see how he reacts. If he gets all defensive, then he might be. Then you should leave him. But if he seems really sincere if he says no, then stay with him. Your instincts could be wrong. Good luck.

This could be tricky. Years ago I wanted my boyfriend to constantly prove his love for me. I was so self concious. But that made him very unhappy. We ened up getting married but it didn't last

Well more details would help, but i would totally look into this, if he is disresecting your vaules and morals, by talking to your worst enemey then talk to him about it, dont accuse him, just talk
