Drugs can make your pupils larger (cocaine) or smaller (morphine), but usually it affects both eyes at the same time.
If it's only one eye something may be going on. If it's always been like this, then it may be just the way you are. however, if it's acute, it could be something more serious.
Serious things that could cause pupillary size changes include chronic inflammations of the eye, glaucoma, aneurysms and certain tumors. Previous eye surgery and trauma can cause changes in the size of one's pupils. Getting certain eyedrops or medicines in your eye can do this transiently. The only way to really tell if your acute change is concerning or not is to see your ophthalmologist.

Find some way to get her to the vet. Some vets have payment plans. Ask a friend if you can borrow some money. The dog may look pretty ok on the outside but there could be internal injuries that you can't see. And under NO circumstance should the dog be given acetaminophen(Tylanol), asprin(Bayer) or ibuprohen(Advil).

It would be fairly unlikely that this would be the case. A drug causing pupilary dilatation would affect both eyes unless it were applied locally to the eye. There are a number of pathologies that cause only one eye to dilate, Holmes-Adie pupil, Congenital causes,Tabes dorsalis ( a stage of syphilis ),Trigeminal Neuralgia, Carotid aneurysm, Aortic aneurysm, Unilateral intracranial mass (tumour) and Glaucoma all come to mind, I am sure there are others. See a GP.

It could be from drugs. Not necessarily any kind of unusual drugs or anything, it could even be from weed if you happened to get a really weird high from it. It doesn't happen often, but it definitely can happen from pretty much any substance including pot. It can be a sign of stroke though so if you see someone with that particularly if they haven't taken anything it could be bad news.

not necessarily, can be caused by eye drop in one eye but not the other.
usually drug use will affect both pupils and they will be pinpoint size.

Possible, but there could be other reasons. For example, a person who has had a brain injury could exhibit such a sign.
