If kept in the brine and refrigerated, feta will last a very long time, up to a year.

Feta cheese can last from six months to about a year, if kept in an air tight baggie. When using it, put it back as soon as possible, and it could last even longer than a year. I love it and eat it about twice a month. It is great on salads.

In my house, less than a day. We love feta. But if it's sealed up to a month, longer if it's in brine.
