It involves training loads of Monkeys to force feed another animal but the last line is something like "But you should see the look on the monkeys face when he pulls the plug out!"

Seems to me years and years ago I heard one like that it was a donkey and the plug was under his tail to keep all the food in. I don't remember why the monkey pulled the plug out but the punchline was imitating the monkey covering his face with one arm while he's trying to shove the plug back in with the other hand. It was more of a visual joke.
