There is no such thing as spot reducing, you lose weight everywhere, not just in one place. Also, crunches just tone your muscle, but as long as fat covers it up, you wont be able to see it. It doesn't have to be running or jogging, just as long as you exercise consistantly for atleast 30 minutes a day.

Baby Doll the best way for a woman to lose weight in the tummy area is to first off with a Colon cleanse ..Don't make that face just yet ..starting with the inside then out you can lose at least 5 pounds from the tummy..after the cleanse you will have more energy ...and 15 is not a whole lot to lose before summer gets here it can be done..
Then i can suggest standing Oblique twist http://www.exrx.net/Plyometrics/BroomstickTwist.html
as shown in the link , but just stand up it provides a better range of motion. while doing this you may wanna wrap up your target areas with a plastic bag this will heat up the target areas causing them to sweat and with saying that you need to start brisk walks at least 3-4 times a week and watch what goes in your body substitute sweets for veggies ..
What you need to done is put some pictures up of who has the body you want. and talk to yourself " I am losing 15lbs, I am 15 lbs lighter"
Find someone else who has a similar goal so you girls can motivate each other ..
take care

Walking is the easiest way to fitness.
Get a Leslie Sanzone Walking DVD, and
work with it. Or any other Exercise DVD
and work with it about 30 minutes a day.
Also, One a Day makes a vitamin that
supports weight loss. Eat a balanced
diet--2 dairy servings, 5 fruits and/or
veggies daily and lots of water.
Good Luck!

Have ever heard about MACROBIOTICS. It is an ancient way of eating developed by the Chinese thousands of years ago. The concept is coming back again now and some universities and institutes all over the world are teaching about it. It helps you KEEP your weight as you would dream about it (other diets you have to keep watching your self after it ends and you reach your desired weight)...makes you skinny..do you believe that!!! It also has a lot of other benefits like keeping higher energy, better mental state and focusing. It also protects from and heals many deseases. All in all it is a fantastic thing but not easy to do. If you are interested do to: Macrobiotic sites through Google search or to: http://www.vanderbilt.edu/AnS/psychology/health_psychology/macrobiotics.htm OR http://www.kushiinstitute.org/
You will like it.

we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.
crunches alone (without cardio) will only make your belly look bigger.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Just suck it up and run!! the only way to loose weight is to get out there and do some areobics. i know dieting is a pain and somethimes expensive but talk to a nutritionist and they will have a solution for you. Just walking your dog/cat/other mammal about 45 mins a day for one week, you are garuanteed to loose about ten pounds if you cut out the soda pop and sugary deserts. Jus have 1-2 cokes a week instead of one a day. i did this same thing and hate to run, but i got out there and just did it, after 3 weeks i lost 30 pounds. you have to be dedicated to loose it and willing to give up or try anything to get there

you could do 100 crunches a day
you don't have to do them all at once maybe 50 in the morning and 50 at night
or you could buy a exercise machine for your thighs even if you do not like running or jogging you will love a treadmill. or you could try pole waling that is fun two

Crunches are not going to help you lose weight in you're stomach anymore than chewing gum will help you lose weight in you're cheeks. You've got to do some type of cardio. If you don't like to run or walk, then do jumping jacks, or lunges. Also, you can try www.p90x.com. There's no running, lots of pushups, situps, yoga, and stuff.

Try cycling, or rollerblading. Both are fun & great exercise. Try doing 100 situps a day -- 5 reps of twenty. You may have ot wokr up to that, but it will help. Diets are a scam anyway.
Good Luck!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
