I heard this guy say that in this book satanist say they are athiest. that they just use satan as a role-model and that they see rape murder and war as good and that humans are just advanced animals. He says that the book also refers to man as carnal beast. is this true of what satanist belief that satanist are just people who are to stupid to be athiest and to "misunderstood" and "bad" to be thiests

Satanist are people who do not beleive in the christian gods but beleive truley that christianity and the god orginally buy the original bilbe named Yaweh is mostly used for controll. They teach that this is wrong, they are in the true sense of the words freedom fighters of a sort. Like every other religion there are several secs of religion, the most famous overall is the Church of satan started buy Anton Szandor LaVey who saw the moronic "leaders" of the christian cult behaving irradically and most...evilly. Satanism actuyally spans before christianity but wasn't called satanism worshiping the father Ea. When christianity was formed they called everything not there own religion "Devil worship" and turned the worshipers of father Ea into the ultimate devil wosrhipers and Ea into there own personal Devil.
Weather the satanists just beleive in the opposite of christianity or father Ea (satan) himself they beleive all of the following.
Satanists beleive in freedom of the spirit soul and self and wellbeing of one, they teach that it is ok to do some things crishtianity teach are bad. Not the ten commandments but the major sins of christianity.
Lust condenmed buy the christian cult is upheald buy the satanists for it is lust that creates sexuality needed for the breeding of the human species, harsh but fully truthfull. Without lust there is no thrive for the human speiceis to live, and thus satanist see christians as condeming humans for breeding to live.
Gluttony- it is nothing more than the overeating of oneself, gluttony is not seen as a bad thing in satanism, as another sin the christians condemn helps controll it anyway. If one feels the need to eat more than one needs why condemn it as evil?
Greed: is the want of eveyrthing you dont already have, including money, satanist realize that since the true dawn of man it has been wealth that has made the world go around, and it will be so for the rest of time. Christians turned greed into a sin in satanic view becasue christians (the teachers of anti humanity) saw it as a necessary need to fufill ones life.
Sloth: satanist see this as a fulish sin, anyone who dosen't wanna wake up in the morning or hits the snooze alarm is guilty of this sin, any man who lumbers into work or sits on the couch and lets the outside water a bit more is also guilty. Satanist dont condemn such simple humanic behavior.
Wrath/agner: Is needed, satanist teach taht instead of turning your other cheeck to the enemies that would likely kill you in as you turn away, strike them back ten fold, defend yourself,a venge yourself, anger is needed for these reactions and these reactions are necessary in any animal kingdom for survivle. Without anger you become passive just like the christian cult likes you, dont fight back when they tell you to do somthing, thats there motto!
Envy: as with greed is needed, it is nothing more than the humanic desire to have what others have, it is away of pushing humanity to grow and evolve even more.
And pride: there is nothing sinfull with being pridfull with oneself, everyone should be pridfull in there own sense, it is a good feeling to be pridefull, especially when you accomplish somthing, why would a true religion condmen the feeling of accomplishment and pride and all around good feeling? Not one any real person would want to belong too.

I think you have got a few facts wrong. They do not see rape, murder and war as 'good' but as inevitable events due to the fact that man is simply a carnal beast. Satanists are not too 'stupid' to be atheists or too 'bad' to be theists, they simply believe in a whole different set of values. Namely, that as humans, we are not as celestial as we would like to believe. That we are as flawed, base and cruel as animals. Of course, animals can show kindness and consideration too, but when faced with a life or death situation, artificially imposed moral systems fly out of the window. Read Lord of The Flies to understand this point.
