Healed, yes. 1-3 months is the fully settled in period. It's healed fully by the end of the first month (can be rather earlier, depending).
Good idea? Not really. Your body, your ink, your choice, but be aware of ink fade issues & the sun. I've heard that sunblock doesn't help with fading; check with your artist.

Yes it only takes a week or two. It is kind of like a srape. just make sure u use sunscreen on it when you go to the beach.

yes, your tattoo will be healed enough, however you need to be aware that sun exposure will cause damage to your tattoo. it is important to keep your tattoo out of the sun! completely covered at all times when the sun is shining. sunscreen does not keep the ink from being broken down.

I have 3 tatoos and mine all healed in like 5 days so yes it will be fine. Also make sure you put sunblock on them or they will fade really fast

yeah usually they take roughly a month to 6 weeks to truly be completely healed.
just remember to pack plenty of sunscreen and use extra precaution cuz it will still be fresh.
