you may as well save some money and get rid of the OneADay vitamins, they are poorly absorbed if at all, and you don't get your money out of them for sure.
If you feel you need a multivitamin, take a liquid multivitamin that is 100% bioavailable.

Well... HOW do you feel? We usually know if the body is having a reaction to excess supplementation.

I get a wart on my neck if I take too much Vit E -- I take less E, and the wart goes away.

Are you eating AND sleeping well? Good food, 2 or 3 square meals a day -- and 8 hrs sleep at night do WONDERS for the total human.

Is there a Holistic practitioner you can visit for a consultation?

if you eat at night, I've heard that the cutoff time should be around 7 pm (water and possibly decaf teas are fine after that) -- then you can hit the sack WITHOUT your body having to rev itself up to digest your food when it really wants to relax and rejuvenate.

Adelle Davis -- Let's Get Well, and Let's Eat Well -- two books about eating and weight loss -- very good info.

Do you walk in a safe area, and exercise too? (Don't overdo-- the body is better off losing/maintaining wieght when it is treated gently)

Wishing you the best of luck.

If that's an both-or decision, take fish oil. ideal wager is to take both, as flax provides fiber as well. you should overwhelm the flax to allow the body to digest the oils. in case you do not attempt this, the flax seeds go with the help of the body intact and yield no reward. some heritage: The Inuit have very few heart attacks, because their eating routine is specifically fish. it truly is the omega-3 fatty acid contained in the fish that does the trick. 2 forms of omega-3 fatty acids exist in fish: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid, and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), Henceforth you and that i shall call them by their initials. those 2 acids help cut back artery wall inflammation and blood triglycerides, plus help the heart beat extra commonly. Salmon sardines albacore tuna and herring are solid resources. Flaxseed incorporates linolenic acid, which our body converts to EPA and DHA in basic terms 8-20% of this acid variations to EPA. A optimal of 9% is going into DHA Soybeans and walnuts also contain linolenic acid, yet pay attention of the energy contained in the walnuts. 2 fish foodstuff a week (a meal is 3.5 oz.) a week provides the omega-3 fatty acid you want. in case you don't love fish, get fish oil drugs. Cheers!
