Science doesn't reallly understand why some people have this visible fat and others don't. Even thin women sometimes have that "orange peel" look to their upper legs and hips. Losing weight may improve the problem, or it may make it more visible. It's mostly genetic, and there really isn't much you can do about it. None of the cosmetic products that promise to eliminate it have been proven to work.

You can watch your diet and exercise more. There is no cure to get rid of it but you can reduce the appearance.
On the Today Show they were talking about it. You can take you morning coffee grounds and stand in the shower, smear you legs, thighs and hips with it. Make sure you use a circular motion to apply it. Wait a bit and then wash it off.
They said the caffeine in the grounds tend to stimulate the skin.

Cellulite is a term made up via the sweetness marketplace to sell products, it extremely isn't any longer a scientific term. It refers to dimpling of the exterior via the way the fat is deposited below the exterior. you may attempt loosing weight and firming your muscle tissue yet there is not any topical scientific look after this.
