That's one of the paradoxes of theism. Another would be: If God is all powerful can he will himself out of existance?

Yes...he might be outside of the boundaries of space and time. But that only means he can move though them.

The spirit is not matter nor energy does´not occupy space and is not subject to time. but by his decision produces energy by which handles matter and by consideration gets a position in space and thus subject to time

God is not bound by time or space. Therefore he can move, act or change to any dimention he chooses. God is spirit.

Why mess around with perfection? If HE is the same yesterday, today, and forever then what possible motivation could there be to change?
