i know of a lot of diets that work, its just are you willing to take the time to be disciplined to stick to them? Anyone on here can write eat this or that but really you have to figure out what cals your body needs to maintain the weight you are ad what cals you need to lose the weight you want. As another person said eating 6 times a day for a woman is best, Eating lean meats such as chicken, fish (salmon, tuna), turkey are great sources of meat, and sweet potatoes or yams, green veggies, brown rice, fruit, you also have to balance your diets protein, carbs, and fat intake to maximize your weight loss. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help rid your body of toxins and also try colonix it helps get rid of that unwanted bunch of stuff in your bowel you could also look into a colonic as it helps reduce the bloat in the tummy you may feel and get rid of 3-10 lbs of waste that is just chilling inside of you. Either one you need to do twice a year to help stay healthy, also everyday intake 1tbsp of olive oil to help with your bowel movemtns it will taste like crap so take down with water or juice to cut down on the bad taste. any other questions email me at josh.hagerman@gmail.com

Hey there, the best diet I've found (with the help of my nutritionist) is low calorie. It helps with portion control and eating healthy. Stay away from cookies, chips, sugar, and other snack foods like those. Try to eat a lot of fruit, veggies, chicken, fish, and tuna. Here is a site that you can put your information in and find out about how many calories you should consume per day, stay within 200 of this number (up or down) bur for weightloss down is better.
http://www.myeatingdisorder.com/nutrition.asp
there are also some good recipe's on that site as well that are both healthy and low-cal. Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Some easy snack ideas would be sugar free jello, mixed nuts (raw), sliced up fruit, low cal yogurt (they have them at the store, usually 60 calories or less). You can mix fruits like grapes or banana in it-yumm! Low-cal popcorn (like that 100 calorie stuff) etc. I know snacks are what a lot of people have a hard time finding so there's a few ideas. Here is a site, if your interested that has a great calorie tracker, so you don't have to sit and add numbers all day.

Just create a new account and go from there, its great once you get used to how it works, it's pretty easy!
Lastly, try to get in a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio in 5 days a week, as this becomes easier for you (not sure if your outta shape or anything) start adding both time and your speed/resistance.
Good luck, hope this is helpful to yoU!
Toni Lynne ;)
Those recipes on that site will give you and idea what sort of things you can eat, more than anything it's portion control.

Forget weight-reduction plan I consume like a horse and I most effective weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat customarily, if feasible each and every 3 hours, while your frame realises that it is getting a steady provide of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to consume plenty of prime protein meals and do not move too tough at the carbs. Try move handy on trans and saturated fat even though you're allowed the peculiar deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon in keeping with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' depend in the direction of your total water consumption. As for recreation I perform a little gentle weight coaching 4 days per week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing laptop) 2 days per week with one days relaxation. There is a typical perception that doing cardiovascular recreation on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well thought as muscle mass burns plenty of vigour, even even as you sleep. You do not have got to grow to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll be able to convert to muscle mass won't most effective make you appear bigger however broaden your metabolism. Getting tons of sleep may be primary while seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
