My brother and me found her outside by herself. So we decided to bring her home because we felt bad. We brought her to the vet and she's healthy and everything. I have her on a towel with a heating pad underneath. And she hasn't eaten since yesterday. We are feeding her with a baby bottle and she wont take it. I don't know what to do and she keeps screaming. Not meowing, screaming. If anyone knows anything I should do please let me know.

I've been using the milk formula that I got from the pet stores. I try feeding it to her but she just keeps screaming and crawling the other way.

OK... What type of milk are you feeding her?? Don't feed her the same milk we drink... that can really harm baby animals.. you need to go to a pet store and buy special formula for kittens... I recommend KMR ready to fee milk replacer formula for kittens...it's not that expensive and all you need to do is heat it up.. it already comes in a kitten size bottle....keep her warm... and give her a stuffed animal she can sleep with.. the reason I add this is because kittens are usually born into llitters of 4-and up... you need to keep her in the conditions she would have if her mother was with her... for behavior purposes... good luck...

First, if there is no sign of the mother, get some KMR (kitten milk replacement) to bottle feed the kitten. Keeping her warm is a very good idea. Call some of the local cat rescue/shelters in your area. They have experienced fosters that could take the kitten for you. Fostering a tiny kitten is hard work, they need many feedings, day and night. Also some of these groups might already have some nursing mothers with kittens in foster care already. It is possible that those mom cats could nurse your kitten as well. Good luck!

You might try using a doll bottle or a medicine dropper to get milk into her and kitten milk replacer. I used a doll bottle for some that I had to raise because their mom wandered off and never came back for them. The first few times I fed them, I had to put the nipple in their mouths and gently pinch the top and bottom of their mouths together to squirt the milk into their mouths. They swallowed just fine, but had no idea how to suck.

They also need to be stroked a lot. If you use a warm wet cloth to wipe their genitals, that is much like their moms would lick them to stimulate elimination.

Wrap her in something warm and hold her close to you from time to time, like you're cuddling her. She has to be kept warm and some like dark places a little better than a lot of light.

Good luck with your new friend.

Big job ahead of you...
you will have to train her on the bottle and feed her every 2 hours--round the clock
You will also have to learn how to make her eliminate (go to the bathroom)

Not to mention all the extra socialization you will have to do for a kit that grows up without littermates and a Queen to teach good behaviors

Please get some professional help with this. It's not easy for a first timer to do alone.

Two days old is hard to save & keep alive, sorry to have to say that cuz you're trying so hard, her screaming is cuz she misses mom the litter, doesn't understand & is starving, with her mama she would be eating every hour or so !!! Am not sure you can force feed her or that it will even work especially at this young age, you have to be very careful when doing force feeding so it ends up in the stomach not the lungs !
