The best approach to locating a scholarship is using several approaches. It is because a scholarship might be listed at one place but maybe not another. I recommend trying both in your community and on the web. I will list some free resources to locate money for college.

Most offer a customized search based on information entered onto a form on the website.

i use fastweb.com i think its helpful because it let me put in a profile and they picked the scholarships that applied to me and let me know about them
