I prefer Vermont maple Syrup. Canadian has a milder flavor to me, better for kids if you cant find aunt jemima pancake syrup.

New York state maple syrup. We made our own for years when we lived there.

Canadian just tastes better to me, especially knowing we could easily invade and take over canada within a matter of days.
