The most profound expression of "conceptual art" I ever heard for symbolizing Jesus, was from a child in Sunday School asked to fill an Easter Egg with something that represented Christ and rebirth.
All the other kids put various items in, such as an acorn that represented new life, but this one child left the shell completely empty. The explanation was that when Jesus ascended, He left the tomb empty, symbolizing resurrection into Heaven.
Even an existentialist, who does not believe in religion, could appreciate the higher meaning, that any concept represented by Christ's sacrifice and rebirth by its nature must be abstract, on a spiritual or divine level, that surpasses physical manifestation. So nothing on earth could physically represent that process, which transcends human perception.
As one Lutheran pastor said it, God is "no thing" -- for there to be a creator, a planner and source of all life, all events, and all knowledge in the entire universe, such a God must be greater than anything we can imagine in our minds. So whatever we think God must be, God probably is not that "thing."
So the fact that this child put "nothing" in the Easter egg, probably offered the fairest, most universal representation, with valid meaning on many levels, regardless of belief.

Are "Cadbury Chocolate Eggs" Kosher for Passover? The nearby CVS is advertising Easter Bunnies in purple and blue rompers inscribed with "Jesus Loves Me". in case you squeeze the bejeesus out of the bunnies they play the music. edit i want my blood tension checked after Punky's answer; an lol like that leaves me lightheaded.

Consider that your Chocolate Jesus would soon be transformed and "resurrected." What superstitious Christian wouldn't be offended by that image? Maybe not such a good idea.
