I didn't say anything about only eating egg whites! You didn't even answer my question. Gosh.

The egg white contains good complete protein. The cholesterol is in the yolk. So eat as much as you want with your other foods and remember variety is the spice of life and the best way to get all the needed nutrients.

No cholesterol on the white part of the egg. I do the same. I eat the white and throw out the yolk - put some catsup or chili sauce on them. Personally, I don't think there's a daily limit. It's healthy, but remember do it in moderation as with any other food.

The whites are non-fat and packed with protein. You can have as many of whites as you want in a week. It's just the yolks with all the fat and cholesterol. Those should only be eaten 3 times a week according to the Egg Board.

With hard boiled egg yolks in egg salad, New York style. Just eggs, mayo, S&P, and onions (and celery seed and parsley if I'm in the mood).

I think you need a variety of food.. you cant just eat hard boiled egg whites. If your trying to eat healthy, eat more fruits and veggies. Eat more whole grain foods. Your body needs more than egg whites.
