You can but you can't love them both in the same way.

I think the reason you might think you're in love with two people at the same time is because they are both lacking something that the other gives. I've been in that situation before with one of my ex boyfriends and a guy I met. There could be something one is missing and then you find that quality strongly in another man. If you can't love one person for all they are, then it's not love at all. If you feel like they are missing something, and nothing u can do to change it, then u don't love them.

It's possible to "love" two people at the same time - but not "be in love" with two people at the same time... there is a difference.

So so rare that this happens. Usually when you think you're in love with 2 people, you're really not in love with either, just infatuated with both.
I'm 30 years old and can say i've been TRULY in love 3 times in my life. Whenever I was with those guys that I loved, I barely even recognized when i was in the presence of other attractive men. I was too bizzy focusing on the hottie I was with. Not to say you can't be attracted to other people, but usually when you're TRULY in love with somebody, nobody else matters.

There isn't an answer to this question.

Love is what you want it to be, love is different for everybody.

There have been films where somebody is in love with two people and books as well.

You decide when your in love and what love is. I suppose if its the same for both of them, then you can say you are in love with 2 people.

Yes. If you can love your partner and love your child or more than one child, love your parents and siblings, why should you not be able to love more than one adult in a sexual way. It is not an exclusive club and why not love more that one person. Having relations with more than one person may cause problems.
