becides the fact it's in anouther country, the US troops are building a 3 mile wall to seperate the Sunni and the Shiites, this sounds to me like they are avoding the problem maybe making it worse.

but the real difference is that Bush's ill deeds have not yet visited just retribution. no matter how long the darkness of the night may seem to be , the brightness of the day is inevitable and history repeats itself!!

I know that there is allot of controversy about the comparison, and Bush is not doing what Hitler did. But the main reason for the comparison, is that Bush used a lie to start a war and so did Hitler. Simple as that and that cannot be denied! Hitler was more succesful at expanding his war because he had the majority of Germans standing behind him and backing him up. They did this out of a national pride as proud Germans.
With the Bush war, almost all of America, by now, sees the senslessness of it and want it to go away. It has destroyed our record as a peace loving country and that will always remain with us through out the centuries. A deed done, cannot be undone!.

How about the leaders of all the dictatorships around the world? Typical spoiled brat. You live in one of the few countries that allows you to criticize the gov't and thats all you know how to do. Did you ever hear of a women's movement or a gay rights protest in the middle east, Africa, central or south America? No because they would have been jailed just suggesting such an idea. Go join the Peace Corps and learn what real poverty and oppression is. The entire militant Arab world IN THEIR OWN PRESS has vowed to blow up targets and destroy your perfect little world and you have no appreciation for the people who keep you safe. Lets see who you think is Hitler when they drop a bomb on your local elementary school and you see little kids body parts all over your neighborhood. Then you would say "Why doesn't the gov't do something?" Go sit around and whine with your little lib friends and let the adults handle the country.

I disagree with many, GW is smarter because he does a good job at hiding info from US and getting away with it.
nature; the US had these rights already, now the Geneva Conf is being defied(for torture) these people(many innocent) have 0 rights

A whole lot instead of killing all the Jews he has there full support and has insured that Israel will be safe from being destroyed for another decade unless Iran continues but that's a diff story and for two Bush did instate a minority to the highest position in history which no other president has ever done. So the analogy is not a fare one I am sorry to say
